Breast pain is a very common symptom for women of all ages, particularly women who are still who are still menstruating on a regular basis. It’s because the breast is a very active organ and it’s sensitive to a lot of different changes in the body and also to the influence of things that you take in from your outside environment into your inside environment.
What you’re eating, what you’re drinking, what you’re breathing in, the medicines you’re taking. And so breast discomfort, breast pain, breast aches, flickers of discomfort, burning sensation, women use different words to describe many of the same thing.
Most of the time, breast pain is just aggravating, annoying, it doesn’t mean anything bad or serious. Breast pain is often just related to changes in the inside environment of the breast tissue. Don’t get worried. Here are the home remedies for breast pain.
Castor Oil – Apply castor oil on the breasts and massage it gently for 3 minutes, before bath. Repeat this process 3-5 times every day for 5 days.
Warm Wash Cloth – Dip the cloth in hot water and place it on your breasts for 3 minutes. Repeat this cycle 5 times before your bath. Repeat this process 3-5 times every day for 5 days.
Fennel (Jeeragam in Tamil) – Add fennel to water and drink it in the form of tea after straining it. Boil it well.
Cabbage Leaves – Extract the cabbage leaves and place it on the brests. Wrap it with a towel and let the leaves rest on the breasts for 30 minutes. This will reduce the pain.
Bananas – Take 2 bananas every morning during breakfast. It helps reduce breast pain.
Tender Coconut Water – One Tender coconut water a day for about 11 days will reduce the breast pain.
Dark Green Vegetables – Add dark green vegetables like Brocoli, Spinach, Bitter Gourd, Beans, Ladys finger to your daily diet.
