Snoring not only disturbs the sleep of snorer but also the people sleeping nearby. Also it is very bad for health of snorer.
Causes of Snoring :
- Weak throat muscles
- Tense jaw muscles
- Nose obstruction
- The food pipe becomes larger.
People who are in the profession of Teaching, Training and those who speak a lot will snore a lot. The reason for this is because they talk so much the food pipe becomes larger near the throat and therefore you tend to snore a lot. The best remedy for this is to do Neck rotation exercise 3-4 times a day and make the throat slim and to its natural size. Clock wise and anti clock wise rotation of your neck slowly 5 times each session for a period of 60 days will make you stop snoring thereafter. There are also other simple remedies which are given below
Sleeping position – Remedy 1
Start sleeping on side. Become a side sleeper. Snoring generally will increase when you don’t sleep on sides. Hug a pillow and sleep on the side. During the first week, it’s going to be tough but as you practice it, you will stop snoring.
Equilyptus Oil – Remedy 2
Apply equilyptus oil on your nostrils, rub it inside your nostrils, apply it on the neck and chest and see the change. You will be surprised with the result. You can also rub pure coconut oil on the chest and then sleep.
Snoring – Remedy 3
- Take 1 glass of lukewarm water.
- Add 1 tbsp honey in it.
- Drink it daily at night before you go to sleep.
- It cures snoring soon.
Snoring – Remedy 4
- Take 1 glass hot milk.
- Add 1 tbsp turmeric powder in it.
- Drink it daily before you go to sleep at night.
- It repairs muscles of throat and jaw, which in turn cures snoring very quickly.
Snoring – Remedy 5
- Take 1 cup of boiling water.
- Add 10 mint leaves in it and let it cool.
- When it becomes lukewarm, then drink it.
- It cures snoring rapidly.
