- Take 1 teaspoon honey.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder in it.

- For second remedy, use dry mint leaves powder and jaggery or honey or sweetener other than sugar.
- Take 1 teaspoon dry mint leaves powder.

- Take 1 teaspoon ginger powder.
- Add 1/2 pinch of asafoetida (பெருங்காயம்) in it.
